As our Bible Study ladies worked through David’s book entitled Healing the Broken Heart, I was profoundly moved by the truth that at some level, everyone has dealt with a broken heart.  For some people, the broken heart is not severe and affects their lives to a mild degree. For others, it has been devastating in every aspect of their lives.  To whatever degree our hearts have been broken, they need to be healed!   David shared the Biblical truths surrounding a broken heart and how the broken heart is healed as people are willing to apply these truths. Because of this, I am left with astounding hope that there is no one who is not able to be healed in every area of their life (spirit, soul, and body) and walk in the abundant life God desires for them to experience.  I am also excited to be able to be a conduit for God’s love and power to help others heal their broken hearts as my own heart has healed, and is continuing to be healed.

As a pastor and minister of the Word of God, I often encounter individuals whose hearts have been broken by life’s events.
