David Levitt
Rabbi
David is the lead Messianic rabbi of Congregation Ammudim. He has served in numerous roles during his 16 years of ministry, but none has he enjoyed more than shepherding God’s people by feeding them the Word of God. He has a way of taking some of the most complex and seemingly controversial truths of the Bible and breaking them down in a simple, understandable way. David believes that the solution to mankind’s problems is found in the Word of God. We just have to be willing to seek the answers out and then put our faith in those answers when He reveals them. David is currently pursuing a Master’s of Divinity in Messianic Jewish Studies from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary and is also in the ordination process as a Messianic rabbi through the I.A.M.C.S. (International Alliance of Messianic Congregations and Synagogues).
Most importantly, David is a dedicated husband to his wife Kassy, and father to their five children Brooke, Khloe, Joshua, Asher, and Ivan. Together they enjoy baseball, fishing, and spending time together outdoors.

Scott Marchman
Elder
Scott Marchman graduated from Milligan College in 1981 with a B.A. in Biblical Studies. He has applied those studies in teaching Sunday school, interim youth ministry, and as a deacon and elder in churches he has served in over the past 44 years. He led men's groups to Promise Keeper's conferences and then in 2012 he felt the Lord leading him towards the Messianic movement and has actively pursued that since. He believes it is an honor to be an elder and with God's help and guidance, Ammudim will become a pillar in the Fayette County, Georgia community. He has lived in the area most of his life, living in the same house he grew up in. Scott thoroughly enjoys reading and studying the word and he and his wife enjoy traveling on their Harley Ultra whenever they can. He met his wife, Lyn, in college and they have been happily married for nearly 44 years. They have a son, Tyler (Kristin), and a daughter, Ana (Brayden), and 6 of the most beautiful grandchildren in the world; Tanner, Brody, Keelie, Eliza, Shiloh, and Scottie.
